Founded by Million Bayissa, a Mechanical Engineer with a passion for problem-solving, the company is driven by a mission to bring meaningful, human-centered solutions to overlooked sectors—starting with worker safety in extreme environments.

Boriif Technologies is currently run and operated solely by Million, who brings both technical expertise and a strong vision for the future. Throughout his career, Million has had several opportunities to lead engineering projects focused on cost-effective solutions. One such project involved designing an ultra-low-cost cooling system for a piece of industrial equipment—a challenge that inspired him to explore how accessible cooling technology could positively impact far more than just machines.

While Boriif Technologies is in its early stages, the company is far from alone. Million is backed by a growing team of seasoned industry advisors who bring critical experience across engineering, product development, and commercialization:

• One advisor is a Vice President of Mechanical Sales with over 15 years of experience in engineering, sales, and market strategy—particularly in the types of mechanical systems Boriif Technologies aims to develop and scale.

• Another is the CEO of a successful engineering firm. He brings extensive knowledge in customer acquisition, retention, sales strategy, and scaling engineering-based businesses from the ground up.

Together, this combination of hands-on engineering experience and strategic industry insight forms the foundation of Boriif Technologies.
